I developed this fly trying to semi- match a small shrimp for those times when Redfish are feeding on them. Then I gave some to a client to try on bonefish in the Bahamas and he had fantastic luck with them. Andros Island bones loved them also, they told me so as I was releasing them.
I found a picture of this fly on the web, and I believe it will work very, very well. In fact, I tied someto take to Andros in November of 2011. I was right, this fly is deadly. I caught 3 in a row on it before I changed to test another new fly out.
