Brush Fly - Short Tail Black IF271

This is a variation of a Brush Fly recommended by the Alphonse Fishing Company. The head is thick EP Ultra Brush and the shortened tail is tied using Yak hair.
I do not know who developed this variation of the Brush Fly but would love to learn so I may give them credit.
