This fly is my version of Jonny King's Hoo Fly. This fly was originally tied for Stripers I'll bet my bottom dollar it will be extremely productive for Tarpon and other flats species. It is tied with a craft fur tail and the head is made of Senyo Laser Dub which sparkles. The head is combed out and then covered with two coats of Liquid Fusion. This dries to form a pliable, bulky head that pushes water.
The SnooHoo line was developed for Snook, especially under lights at night where it will sparkle.
It is tied on a premium hook, Owner Aki, Gamakatzu SL12S, or Tiemco 811S depending on the size.
