This is my variation of the Diver Gent baitfish fly tied by Orinoco Flies out of Bogota Columbia. The 4mm foam "fin" causes the fly to wiggle wobble, create bubbles and float when the strip is stopped. It really does act like a wounded baitfish.
I believe this fly will be highly effective on any predator species in salt or fresh water.
